The house is located on the east side of Lee's Summit.Corner lot at 1000 NE Bristol Dr. 3 bedrooms, 2 and half bath, front to back split. All three bedrooms and the kitchen are upstairs (main level).The roof was completely replaced in June 04. We just put new carpet in the basement, new tile in the bathroom, redid the entryway, and installed new shutters on the front of the house.We had a new 50 gallon water heater and a new dishwasher installed this past fall. The side by side refrigerator is 1.5 years old and will stay. The double garage is a side entry off of a dead-end street.Our driveway is the only thing on that little street, so plenty of parking.I even leave my boat parked there.The back deck is covered and very useful.The basement is a walkout under the deck (cement).The backyard is fenced in and a row of full size trees are just inside the fence in back.There is nothing across the fence except a field.We absolutely love this house and are sad about having to sell it.It also comes with the best neighbors next door. School system is considered one the best in the state!The lot and the house really sell themselves, must see it to appreciate it. Call anytime if you want to see it. House appraised last year in the mid 160's. We are willing to take the 159,900 unless we involve a realtor.We want to have it sold by May 5.
