I am selling this property at a loss because I am moving. I bought it in Oct. '05, planning to stay a while. I had unit professionally painted ($1000) in March and installed 2' wooden blinds and improved kitchen flooring, although the place was like-new before these improvements. I paid $89,125, and now am asking $87,900. I am underpricing and taking loss for my additions for a quick sale. If I do not sell in a month, I will try a realtor. Unit is in excellent condition. Please compare to other condos in this area, along with what others are asking for units in this same community. Great location and schools! Pool beside this building. HOA is $95 per month, inlcludes high-speed wireless internet ($30 value), exterior insurance, trash, and outside maintenance and groundskeeping. All fixtures are brushed nickel. The hall bathroom is large. All appliances stay, including washer and dryer. All electric, except for gas range and gas logs in fireplace. Central heating and air. Great power bill each month! All rooms have cable access. TV mount stays in master bedroom. I have a dish here now that will stay, also, so use if you wish.
