This lovely property is located 30 minutes south of Manhattan Kansas and 30 to 45 minutes from Fort Riley. It is situated on three and a half acres of land. The property is partially treed with fenced pasture for horses or cattle. There is four outbuildings including a hay barn and a hayloft for storage. The house has a screened and windowed porch with two skylights and brick for the floor. The property has places for four vehicles to get out of the weather. The house had a new roof put on seven years ago along with a new central heat and air units. There is a play area for children, that contains a wooden swing set in back yard.
