This is a cute, clean home on Bluff road just off of Antelope Dr. in Syracuse. It is approximately 10 minutes from the freeway. The house has vaulted ceilings, recessed cans, a ceiling fan in every bedroom and in the living room.Custom made solid alder cabinets in small bedroom and walk-in closet in master bedroom. There is chair rail in both smaller bedrooms. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets are made of solid oak and custom built. There is also a mudroom/laundry room as you walk in through the garage. The house sits across the street from a future park but currently has a paved walking/bike path that leads to two different parks.It's a great neighborhood full of custom built homes.The neighbors are wonderful and friendly.The schools are all great, including the new Syracuse High School set to be finished in Fall 2006. Syracuse is a great town to live in.The library and city buildings are within walking distance.There is a sprinkler system (secondary water) with an 8 setting timer and grass covers the entire lot.We have never had pets.
