A personal word from myself, the present owner.I would love to keep this unit but it is time in my life for me to cut back.This is the second condo that we have had and by far the most enjoyable.Besides enjoying the water and the sand, through out the year we can watch all types of activities from our balcony.I particularly like to watch fishing boats entering the Gulf from the many marinas at Perdido Pass. When the surf is up, regardless of the temperature, I have watch as many as 50 surfers in the water.Through out the summer you can watch way runners and par-a-sailing and a couple times a year the large thunder boat races taking place at Perdido Pass.At different times the dolphins come out of the Pass and play out front.You can also walk to the jetties where you can fish and where I have crabbed.Twice a year the local fireworks displays takes place next door.In addition to the activities at the condo, the city of Orange Beach has many parks, playgrounds, and recreational opportunities such as walking and bicycle paths.A lot of private development is also taking place with all kinds of resort type activities, shopping, indoor and outdoor theaters, marinas, etc.Orange Beach is the place to have a place on the gulf.Check us out.
