Harbor Watch condominium. Very quiet and secluded, and well-maintained complex. From this condo, Shops, restaurants, library and beach are in walking distance. This is in Mid-Cape, everything are accessible in reasonable distance, Province town to Hyannis (mall).
The first floor center unit in safe, secure building and environment. Outside door is automatically locked and visitors communicate with the owner via interphone. The buildings are kept well by professional. Condo fee includes everything but telephone and electricity. Storage for each unit in the basement as well as coin operated laundry area.
A good size kitchen, dining, and living combination. A kitchen has all the amenities necessary for daily living, including, stove with food, moderate counter space, a lot of storage cabinet, and good size refrigerator in addition to eat-in kitchen counter that could be used as additional counter space and additional storage underneath.
One large bedroom, painted very, very light green (water sprout), is the place to relax and to have a good night sleep with a seating area. Enough natural lights through a huge window.
One good size office/studio, painted very light blue, is the place to concentrate and work. This room contains office, electric piano, a big window, and a seating that could become a bed for a guest. This room could be another bedroom.
Then, I have one and only bathroom. It has sustained original beige tiles that complement the wall color (red). This is a very bright place to get energy as well as a relaxing place to take abath.
***Ceilings of bedroom and kitchen are newly painted. Carpets are professionally cleaned recently.
